Is the pre-move survey free?
Yes. It can be a home visit or a video call.
How do I confirm a booking?
Accept the written estimate and pay a small advance; we confirm the date and team leader on WhatsApp.
Can I change my moving date?
Yes, with notice, subject to crew and vehicle availability.
Charges and payment
What does the estimate include?
Labour, listed packing material, vehicle, tolls and GST. See packers and movers charges.
When do I pay the balance?
After unloading and checking your goods.
Packing
Do I need to pack anything myself?
No. Keep valuables, documents and medicines with you; we pack the rest.
How are fragile items packed?
Bubble wrap, double-wall cartons and dividers; crates for art. See packing and unpacking services.

Do you move goods outside Maharashtra?

Can my car travel with my household?

Damage and storage
What if something is damaged?
Note it on the delivery receipt and share photos with your branch quickly so the claim can be raised.
Can I store goods between two homes?
